1. How does it work?
STEP 1: ORDERING
Order Items using website or Park&Buy App. Just WhatsApp HI text to 071 865 2245 then it
will direct you to our website.
STEP 2: COMMUNICATION
Communication with the responsible SHOPPER with regard to your order will start through
WhatsApp and phone call, enabling you to shop while you’re home
STEP 3: PAYMENT AUTHORISATION
Our SHOPPER will send you an order review for approval of correctness and prices of items
via WhatsApp before said order is executed. You can either approve the order, change or
cancel the order item. When you’re happy you can give payment authorization to the SHOPPER.
Note after payment authorization, no order changes will be accepted.
STEP 4: COLLECTION AND DROP-OFF ITEMS
All pickup points are at the parking and gate or door entrances within the premises of the
shopping Centre, home deliveries are dropped at said address of your choice send via
WhatsApp locations.
STEP 5: PAYMENTS AND CHARGES
You will pay online with credit or debit card NO CASH PAYMENT. Payment request for all
orders will be sent to you and payment must be made before instore payment.
2. How do I place an order?
You can place your order Items using website https://www.parknbuy.online/ or ParknBuy App. At the time of ordering, you will be required to provide your name, mobile numbers, and address on the order form platform. You will then be provided with a selection of region, shopping Centre, Retailers and you will only be able to order Items from that selection of Retailers which fall within the prescribed area. Said area is determined by the Service Provider from time to time.
3. Can I call in to place an order?

4. What do I do if all your drivers are busy?
We only take on as many orders as we can handle to ensure your items always arrives in the quickest possible time. From time to time, this means we may not be able to take orders for delivery if our drivers are all currently busy. In this case, we suggest you bear with us for few more minutes and we will make sure your items are delivered.
5. What are your operating hours?
We operate from Monday to Saturday at 10:00 AM to 17:00 PM at selected region, shopping Centre and Retailers and you will only be able to order Items from that selected Retailers which fall within the prescribed area. Our online platform opens 24/7 and all orders placed after working hours will be processed the following day.
6. What payment options do I have?
You will pay online with credit or debit card NO CASH PAYMENT. Payment request for all orders will be sent to you and payment must be made before instore payment.
7. How do you ensure safety of my credit card information?
With Yap you can issue invoices and / or payment requests on the fly AND send them directly to your clients with a payment link (sms or email) or a QR code for in-person payments. So your clients can pay you on the spot! In short, the mobile YAP solution takes the hassle out of bill / invoice presentment, payment processing, tracking, reconciliations and settlement!
8. Do you have a min amount I need to spend to get delivery?
We don’t require customers to spend a certain minimum value to get delivery. There is no minimum order value for delivery orders.
9. What do I do if I'm having issues paying with a credit card?
We are so sorry that you're having issues paying with your credit card. Unfortunately, the source of the problem is not always obvious as there are multiple layers to this.
We suggest you do the following:
• Check you have funds available in your account
• Ensure you have registered for online purchases with your specific bank
• Try again if you believe you entered your details correctly
If the above does not resolve the issue, you can select the instant EFT option
10. When does an additional service fee on my items order apply?
Charges related to each order are reflected within the Service at the time you authorizing the order payment and include the following (collectively, the “order charges”):
• the total Items price by the relevant Retailer;
• the store service fee of R17 by the Service Provider; and
• the 10% compulsory tip on total items price to the max of R150.00
• Top-up amount is declared as a gratitude tip to the SHOPPER (is optional not a must)
• R7 per Km for home deliveries
11. How long will delivery take?
On average it takes about an hour or two from when you place your order for your items to arrive at your door or for pick-up. This depends on the time it takes for a SHOPPER to execute your order and the distance a driver needs to cover from the shopping Centre to your home.
12. How much does delivery cost?
The delivery fee that we charge is R7 per Km based on your location Km
13. How are my items delivered to me?
Once your order is placed, accepted by our Shopper and made the payment. Our driver will pick-up your items from our Shopper, then deliver it straight to your location of your choice, either in a car or on a motorbike.
14. How do ParknBuy ensuring safe grocery delivery during COVID-19?
We have implemented a "Leave at my door" you instruct the driver to drop off, however suits
you best. We recommend you make use of this option during these challenging times.
1. Drivers will call or message you when they arrive,
2. Ring the bell or knock on the door, and stand back.
3. Once you answer the door and confirm your identity, your order will be placed at a safe
distance.
4. The driver will depart with no direct contact.
15. Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes, all you need to do is select the "pick-up” when placing your order. All pick-up points are at the parking and gate or door entrances within the premises of the shopping Centre, no pick-up will be allowed outside the premises of the shopping Centre. Try us to skip the long queue.
16. How do I report a driver incident or share a driver compliment?
To report a driver incident or to share a driver compliment or suggestion please call us on 071 865 2245 or you can use our website contact platform
17. What measures do ParknBuy have in place for the safety of our drivers and customers?
All PARKNBUY services are contactless. Our SHOPPERs and delivery man have been instructed not to make physical contact with any customers and to maintain a safe distance. Bags will be placed on a surface indicated by you, the SHOPPER will then back away and allow you to pick out your order yourself.
We encourage customers to use one of our other safe and secure electronic payment method using credit / debit card or instant EFT.
18. How do ParknBuy enhance Hygiene Practices?
We have educated our stuff in line with WHO guidelines and have implemented enhanced hygiene policies. All stuff temperature is tested daily at each shopping Centre with other stuff from retailers. Delivery bags are frequently cleaned, all stuff have access to hand sanitizer with clear instructions to sanitize their hands before and after each delivery or pick-up. Protective masks have been rolled out for all stuff.
19. What hygiene measures is PARK&BUY putting in place?
The safety of our customers and employees is our number one priority, we have implemented the following safety measures to support a safe services process. 20. How does payment request work?
Once the Shopper receive your payment approval, he or she will generate Park and Buy invoice for you and send payment link by SMS and email for payment request to you with an attached tax invoice. You can use card (debit and credit cards). Payment networks / methods include (1) card based mobile apps (MasterPass, SnapScan, Zapper, certain bank apps {such as the Nedbank Scan-to-Pay}), (2) manually entering card details.
21. How does Hospital and Universities deliveries work?
1. We only deliver to gate entrances in hospitals and university residences which fall within the prescribed area determined by the PARKNBUY from time to time.
2. Free delivery will only apply when you order within the same region shopping Centre. If out of region, due to distance half delivery fee will apply and full delivery fee for universities.
Eg: Dr Gourge Mukhari, Ga-Ranguwa city order free delivery.

3. Once your order is placed, accepted by our Shopper and the payment made. Our driver will pick-up your items from our Shopper, then deliver it straight to your selected hospital or university entrance of choice either in a car or on a motorbike. The following must be followed:
• Ensure there is no direct contact by instruct the driver to drop
off, however suits you best and stand back.
• The driver will call or message you when they arrive, make sure you answer.
• Confirm your identity, your items will be placed at a safe distance.
• The driver will depart with no direct contact.
